Use the booking form or contact page to outline your situation. The more detail you provide upfront, the better — even with certifications, complex architectural questions benefit from preparation. We can't guarantee ad-hoc answers to everything, but when you give us context, we can prepare thoroughly and make the hour count.

1-hour call — free, no strings
We go through the problem together on a video call. Many issues get diagnosed and partially or fully resolved in this first session. Either way, you leave with a clear picture of what needs to happen next — regardless of whether you continue working with us.

Ongoing work if needed
If the scope is larger, we continue via Zoom or async. Work is tracked and invoiced per session at $130/hr — billed after delivery, never upfront. No retainer, no minimum hours, no lock-in.
