KUBEX is a recently founded boutique AWS infrastructure consultancy. The experience behind it is not recent — 15 years in software engineering, 6 years focused on AWS across security, infrastructure automation, cost engineering, and multi-account governance.

Why we exist

AWS infrastructure problems tend to compound quietly. Long-lived credentials that nobody audited. Environments that drift because there's no IaC. Cost spikes that nobody owns because there's no tagging discipline. They're not always obvious — but they do need someone willing to dig in.

KUBEX was built to give engineering teams direct access to senior-level AWS expertise without going through a large consultancy, a staffing agency, or a generalist freelancer. You work with someone who has seen these patterns before and has a practical approach to them.

We're intentionally small. That means you work directly with someone who has hands-on experience — not a junior who escalates to a senior three days later.

Based in Riga, Latvia — European Union. Not US, not India.
Remote-first. Regular overlap with US, EU, and other time zones by arrangement.
All certifications are AWS-issued and independently verifiable on Credly.

KUBEX is a new company. We won't pretend otherwise. What we will say: the technical depth behind it is real, the certifications are independently verifiable, and the first hour costs you nothing. You can judge the work before you pay for any of it.
